Problem with shipping. Seller says they sh...

Problem with shipping. Seller says they shipped, UPS says they never received. Seller did refund money but would not work with me to provide a shipment of purchased items instead of refund. Seller stated they couldn't provide a duplicate shipment without having lost items in their possession from UPS. Yes, I got my money back but out of luck for the supplies that I ordered which were on sale. I was told I could reorder but would have to pay regular price. Will not do business with this company.
